REFUND POLICY
At PixelParlor Arcade Lounge, we strive to deliver top-tier gaming experiences every time you visit. However, we understand that sometimes plans change or things don’t go as expected. Below is our refund policy to ensure clarity and fairness: 1. Gaming Time & Memberships Unused time on hourly or daily passes may be credited (not refunded) upon request within 24 hours of purchase. Monthly memberships are non-refundable after 48 hours of activation. Partial refunds are not provided. 2. Event Bookings & Room Rentals Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or credit. Cancellations made within 24–72 hours may receive a 50% refund. No refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event. 3. Food & Beverage Refunds are only issued for items that are incorrect, missing, or unsatisfactory due to our error. Please report any issues immediately to staff; we do not process food-related refunds after the visit. 4. Merchandise Unused and unopened items may be returned within 7 days with receipt for a full refund or exchange. Worn or damaged items cannot be refunded unless proven defective upon purchase. 5. Digital Items (XP, Loyalty Rewards, etc.) All XP redemptions, digital bonuses, and loyalty rewards are final and non-refundable. Errors in XP application may be reported and corrected within 48 hours.
